* The way in which they count streaming numbers has always bugged me. If you do not think it is deceiving, look deeper. The recent "Friends Reunion" on HBO Max is the latest. I read that 29 percent of streaming was tuned into that show. Huh? All streaming? The show was only on HBO Max. And, at best, 44-45 million people have HBO and HBO Max. So, it was more like 29 percent of that 44-45 million. And then they note the minutes watched which is dumb. * Meanwhile, "Friends" aired on NBC during its run. The reunion should have been there as well. I will still not talk about the actual show. I was not a fan at all of this. I do not care for reunion-style shows, either. I hope "Seinfeld" never does that. Oh, and are there any "Friend" and "Seinfeld" fans? It is kind of like Marx Brothers vs Three Stooges. O'Brien News Service
